Magnolia Avenue, Jefferson Street, Washington Street Street meter parking is free on Sundays and weeknights. A modest fee is charged on weekdays and Saturdays. Orlando Public Library Garage 110 E. Central Blvd., located south of the Cathedral A modest fee for all concerts. Walk from there or you can ride the FREE Lymmo bus. Lymmo stops are conveniently located at all intersections on Magnolia Avenue. Handicapped Parking Handicapped parking is located as indicated on the map - directly behind the Cathedral off of Jefferson St., in the Central parking lot, on Washington St. and in the parking garages.
